Are your gold bars genuine PAMP Suisse product?
Yes. Every bar we sell is sourced directly through authorised PAMP Suisse channels. Minted bars arrive sealed in tamper-evident CertiPAMP™ packaging with an individual serial number and assay certificate. Cast bars carry the PAMP hallmark, weight, and purity engraved directly into the metal, with an accompanying certificate of authenticity.
How do I verify a bar is authentic once I receive it?
Minted bars can be verified using the serial number printed on the CertiPAMP™ certificate, cross-checked against PAMP's own verification tools. Cast bars are verified by their hallmark and documentation. We're happy to walk you through this if you have any doubts.
How is my gold priced?
Every product page shows the live gold spot price alongside our published premium for that weight and format. The final price you pay is spot plus premium at the time of checkout — there's no separate mark-up beyond what's shown.
How is my order shipped?
All bullion orders are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging, fully insured for the value of the shipment, with signature required on delivery. We do not disclose the contents of a shipment on any external label.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment clearing, and typically arrive within 3–5 business days across Australia. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer storage?
Not yet — today we ship every bar directly to you. If you'd like us to offer insured third-party vault storage in future, let us know via the contact page.
What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't match its description?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging and we'll resolve it — see our Returns policy for full detail.
